Old Age Security Applied

 On-line application made on Feb 6th and supporting document submitted in person today at Service Canada office at Richmond Hill. Will take up to 6 months to process. Since I am getting other incomes, no GIS was applied. Will get a letter on the mail in 6 months. I have requested to get it start on Sept., 2024.

Kidney Stone about 3 mm size

 I went to bed at about 10pm on Wednesday evening. However, got woke up at about 12:30am and wanting to go to washing room. Nothing much came out but a little pain at the lower abdomen  but constant that could not sleep again. Was recalling the "gall stone" issues with my late mom and brother William. Kind of worry. At about 3:30am decided to wake up mom and check into ER at Mackenzie Health at Major Mackenzie drive/Young. After all the necessary tests and CT scan, we detected one kidney stone sized about 3mm. To the doctor's interpretation it is relative small and 95 % would come out by itself in 24 to 48 hours.  Got medicine for the pain (if it come back again), some medicine to relax the muscles at the lower abdomen to have the kidney stone to pass out naturally. Plus a strainer to filter out the kidney stone for any further testing.  On the whole it is a good news. At least we know what is going on.
