 This is exactly one week after Jon won  the case and out of the hospital. I am here to visit William to celebrate his 75th birthday and mend the damaged create by my beloved son Jon. William is definitely looking older and walking a little unstable. I came on those red eyed flight departed Toronto 6:30am. I ended up left home at 11:00pm and sat at the airport for almost 6 hours. What an experience I would not do again.  Susanna looked almost the same. Any other hidden health issues I could not tell.  Actually, William had recurring problem with the heart pain as mom and got his bale removed a year ago. And on his recent colonscopy 7 pieces of outgrown was removed.  At the same time, Jon is having a good time. Left for Ithaca for the "Cornell Homecoming" Mom could find out he is booked for camp site until coming Tuesday close the Ithaca. This guy is living beyond his means.

 Jon has not been home since he checked out of the hospital on Saturday, Sept., 21 (after winning the CCB panel). Mom and I was a little worry where he is staying except seeing his odd postings on Facebook. This afternoon two policemen come to the door saying that my son Jonathan wanted to come home to take some of his stuff from home. Then he showed up to move some of his stuff from the garage as well as the bed room. (policemen came on his request to prevent confrontation) Came with the Audi with the bike rack. Mom talked to him, getting the message that he is staying in Bonis Ave and he understand that he may need to move out if Daniel is visiting in Oct.,

Consent and Capacity Board (CCB) hearing was taken place for two days on Thursday and Friday. Cecilia have prepared a 7 pages document to prove that Jon is not capable to make the right decision himself. Jon was quite calm and told a lot of lies. On Saturday the decision came out that Jon won and he is a free man now. He maintained he was take the prescription but not taking the medication. He only willing to under go treatment on his own terms. On many occasions he is saying he will moving out of the house if he is release. So far he is keeping his words. He has not coming home but check into Sheraton. Will have to wait and see what is coming next week. Amen

 Jon was spending excessively for his east coast tour (more than a month.) Still extremely high and never seeing the end of it. Have not been eating at home since June but occasionally joined us for dinner outside. Of course free food for him. He has been acting funny with a lot of things trying to unset me or provoke confrontation with me. These including: About two weeks ago he took my Surface Pro laptop from me while I was using it. He gave it to me over two years ago and I paid him $500 for it. When Cecilia went up trying to get it back from him, he was holding a heavy cast iron pan in his hand. Ruin my work station in the basement. Pull over my office chair (very strong and heavy). Put a razor blade on the book on the desk. Cecilia paid for a youtube prime account for the family. Not his money but under his name. Without warning he deleted me from the Prime family plan. Two days ago he locked him $6000 bike on the inside rail of the garage opener. I told him not to doing that....
